I feel in balance after each yoga class with Christine. The energy freed by the motions and poses are guided to a focus, on an idea, on a thought or on an emotion. The natural poses and movements that Dru yoga encourages give me the opportunity to find and expand my range and motion. There are alternative motions and poses, when you find yourself limited, that still allow you to totally enjoy the experience. Christine shares her knowledge and new things she has learned freely with her students such as how to breath, the meaning of colors, and emotions or thoughts that give the motions and poses an extra dimension. The relaxation exercise at the end completes the yoga class. I carry the quiet and the peaceful feeling throughout the rest of the week as well as the positive energy and sometimes new perspectives. With enthusiasm I recommend Dru yoga sessions with Christine.
I look forward to the class each week and I feel great after each class. Christine takes you through flowing sequences of Dru Yoga which really do restore a sense of balance and reconnect you with the earth. Christine herself is the most calming and kind person and you can’t help but fall under her spell. I have learnt about chakras and how to use them to keep balance in your life, whatever emotions you are feeling, light and energy can be channelled into positive energy and affirmations can been draw on each and every day, not just during the lesson. I really cannot recommend Christine’s Dru Yoga classes highly enough.
