So why not come to my new Monday night meditation classes for beginners. You will learn basic techniques to help you enjoy meditation and learn to do it more regularly. You will also be with others who, like yourself, want to meditate. Being in a group gives you energy, so that you are not just thinking about meditation but actually practising it.
