Summer Season Classes

Christine Leedy offers Dru Yoga classes every Monday and Thursday in the heart of Middelburg. The classes are designed to help you be fitter, less stressed and more aware of what you can do to enhance your overall health.

Every class begins with a warming up and is followed by a Dru Yoga sequence which includes movements like the Anahata breath. We do traditional yoga postures like the tree and breathing exercises, hand mudras, visualizations, and meditations. At the end of every class there is a deep relaxation.

The classes are open to all levels, and beginners are always welcome. The lessons are personal with a maximum of 12 people in the classes. Since Christine is Dutch/American, the groups often have an international mix as well. On Monday evenings the class is in English.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable loose-fitting clothing
  • A water-bottle
  • Yoga mat (the yoga studio of ‘t Pand has yoga mats available for use)
  • Warm socks and/or sweater for the relaxation. There are fleece blankets available.

The location ‘t Pand from Stichting Praktische Filosofie Zeeland (SPFZ) offers a beautiful, light-filled room with floor heating and yoga mats.
