  1. Be Active
    Activate all your muscles and joints and practice yoga sequences and postures to enhance the movement of energy throughout your body.

    Find your point of stillness. One of the meanings of ‘Dru’ in Sanskrit is North Star—a fixed point in the heavens used for centuries to help navigate a safe journey home. In Dru yoga and meditation you are encouraged to find your own North Star, a point of stillness where you can be yourself, feel at peace, and be rejuvenated.
